Heads Up! As expected, the Chipotle Ranch and Queso at Moe’s do contain dairy. Their white meat chicken is dairy-free, but it is not vegan-friendly! Rice & Other Grains Please note that their dietary and allergen filters are spotty. Heads Up! The Ground Beef at Moe’s does contain milk. That’s why their online “gluten-friendly” menu sometimes labels those products as gluten-free, but sometimes doesn’t. Heads Up! Moe’s has stated that their corn tortilla products are made without gluten, but may be fried in a shared fryer with their salad bowl, which contains gluten.

Nevertheless, Moe’s is a favorite or build-your-own fresh Mex.
Moe’s is an acronym for “Musicians, Outlaws and Entertainers,” which is why they have music and art themes at their restaurants. Updated January 2023! Despite the regional name, Moe’s Southwest Grill started in Atlanta, and I’ve never seen one in the Southwest.
